Rules & Guidelines

Statement From Our Directors

Our rules have been carefully crafted to meet the needs of our community, these rules are reviewed on a monthly basis. Although we have tried our best to cover as much of the community as possible it is expected for members to find grey areas or loopholes in our rules, with this in mind it is an expectation that all our community members use COMMON SENSE when conducting themselves around our community.

All staff members of all ranks, positions & authorities have been instructed and trained on our No-Tolerance policy, and will take actions accordingly to this policy as well as their own team procedures set our by their relevant Direct Leaders.

 

So kindly inform us via support if you have any suggestions, comments or concerns and we will happily provide some clarity where possible.

  • Article 1: Discord Rules:
    • Section 1: General Rules:
      • No blank nicknames.
      • No inappropriate nicknames.
      • No sexually explicit nicknames.
      • No offensive nicknames.
      • No nicknames using unusual or unreadable Unicode characters.
      • No blank profile pictures.
      • No inappropriate profile pictures.
      • No sexually explicit profile pictures.
      • No offensive profile pictures.
      • Any member deemed a minor (under 16+) will be removed.
      • All staff reserve the right to change nicknames at their discretion.
      • All staff reserve the right to use their own discretions with any breach of compliance.
      • No exploiting loopholes in the server rules.
      • No unsolicited DM's to any member.
      • All server rules apply with all solicited DM's to any member.
      • No bugs, exploits, glitches, hacks, cracked software, trainers or code & data injections.
    • Section 2: Text Chat Rules:
      • No questioning the decision of any staff member, if you think they are in the wrong request a supervisory member of staff.
      • No @mentioning anyone unless given permission by an Administrator+.
      • Visit support if your are missing any roles or permissions. Do Not ask for roles or roles above your level in discord, you will get muted.
      • Use the Support System sensibly.
      • Use the Application System sensibly.
      • No @everyone / @here without direct permission from a Staff Lead Leader+.
      • No sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW or Illegal content of any kind.
      • No piracy, modding, homebrew, hacking or publishing of sensitive data or personal information.
      • No personal attacks, witch hunting, harassment, sexism, racism, hate speech, excessive explicit language, sexual language, religious or political discussions or debates.
      • No flirting, dating or PDA in public channels (We understand couples may play together or some may want to RP as a couple, but please keep this as clean as possible especially in a public setting).
      • Please abide by the All members must use agree to disagree logic.
      • All staff reserve the right to delete or edit any post without challenge.
      • No advertisements, channel hopping, discord invites, or links to other non-partner communities.
      • Please use relevant channels for memes, pictures, gifs & bot commands.
      • If any bot command is intended to be publicly used it will be posted publicly.
      • No channel hopping unless moving discussions or topics to relevant channels.
    • Section 3: Voice Chat Rules:
      • No voice channel hopping.
      • No annoying, loud or high-pitched noises.
      • If your microphone provides any screeching, buzzing or static asides that or a normal microphone your VC permission, will be revoked. until it is fixed.
      • Please reduce the amount of background noise, if possible.
      • Push-To-Talk will be enforced on public voice channels with more than 10 member slots (asides general voice).
      • All staff reserve the right to disconnect, mute, move or deafen members from voice channels for any reason including poor audio quality, application interviews or support investigations.
    • Section 3: Discord Bot Rules:
      • No commands outside of designated channels.
      • No macros or AI Keystrokes.
      • No hacks.
      • No API abuse.
      • No attempting to add, change or remove any command(s).

    • Section 1: General Rules:
      • No vehicle deathmatching. (LEO rule applies for non-signal 99 or Code Reds).
      • No random deathmatching
      • No exploits, loopholes, trainers or external modifications.
      • No Logging:
        • No combat logging.
        • No jail logging.
        • No situation logging to avoid a situation outcome.
        • No staff situation logging.
        • No interview logging.
        • No training logging.
      • No abusing the storage of game items (incl When  dead in a vehicle).
      • No trolling of any kind:
        • No DPI glitching.
        • No lag switching.
        • No throwing yourself in front of player vehicles.
        • No blocking spwanpoints.
        • No soundboards.
        • No music spamming.
        • No voice changers (all voices must be natural acts).
      • Emberstone Network does not identify as a commercial entity, trading of real life items & steam items will no be tolerated.
        • Only exceptions to this rule is the gifting features of our tebex store which directly supports community overheads.
      • No soft logging:
        • No item, vehicle or location teleporting through logging out.
        • No logging to evade server synchronization.
        • No action logs evading.
